Pinpoint Appraisals is led by Jay Cepeda, Licensed Residential Appraiser, a Texas native born in South Texas who has called Central Texas home since relocating to Austin in 2008. His deep familiarity with the region brings valuable perspective to understanding neighborhood trends, market conditions, and the factors that influence property values throughout both South and Central Texas.

  • Single-family residence (increased complexity): $650 – $900+

Appraisal fees are based on property characteristics, complexity, and intended use. Final pricing is confirmed after a brief review of the property and assignment details. Fees, scope, and delivery timelines are established prior to acceptance of any assignment.
